Place your cup on the scale before pulling. Standard double: 18g in → 36g out (1:2 ratio), 25–30s. Prefer a longer, brighter shot? Try 18g in → 54g out (1:3) — still great, just lighter in body. Avoid going much beyond 1:3 or it starts tasting thin.
